Shipping and Returns
Orders for Ireland are typically processed and delivered within 1-3 working days.
Orders for EU are typically processed and delivered within 3-5 working days.
Customs and Duties will apply to all packages sent outside of the EU. It is a condition of placing an order with urban Aran that the person placing the order accepts responsibility for :
ensuring the importation does not contravene any form of trade restriction or embargo – either national or international.
Paying any duty customs or taxes raised in the destination country and for complying with any administrative requirements that may arise from the importation of the goods they have ordered
Please check. International orders are typically delivered in under 21 working days. If there is a delay you will be notified by email. All shipping calculations are based on a weight and size estimation.
We ship by DPD from our warehouse in Ireland. We also work with An Post. All deliveries are made between normal working hours, Monday to Friday. We cannot specify an exact time of delivery.
All packages must be signed for upon delivery.
Please note: bad weather or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in deliveries, so please plan accordingly.
If are able to provide proof of purchase, Urban Aran may offer you an exchange provided the product is: unworn or unused with all original, sealed packaging and all tags attached
Exchange or refund within 14 days and must provide satisfactory proof of purchase.
Urban Aran reserves the right to refuse a refund for change of mind. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange or Refund will not be provided on ranges that are no longer are continued,
bespoke made to order products or sale items. Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced.

Legal
We’re not liable for any indirect losses, such as losses of revenue or profits, which are not reasonably foreseeable when you place your order (except for personal injury or fraud). This also includes any losses caused by us not being able to meet our obligations because of things outside our control.
We provide care guides with our designs and products that advise you on how best to take care of your purchase. We’re therefore not liable for any faults that may arise in your Urban Aran design that have resulted from not following these guides.
By making a purchase from us, you undertake that all products ordered are for your own use and not under any circumstances for resale.

About Urban Aran
Our products are made from natural fibres wherever we can. Changes in colour, texture and ply, as well as tweaks in fabrics, are just a lovely characteristic of this. Please be aware cotton can stretch over time and merino can shed. Just know that small changes are completely normal and nothing to worry about.
We always try our best to make sure that the descriptions, images and prices on our website and in our literature are accurate but if you spot something that you think unusual, let us know and we’ll try to solve it as soon as possible.
It’s also just worth pointing out that our ex-display pieces are sold as seen and may have slight imperfections.
Your order
We ask for the full amount to be paid at time of purchase.
Delivery
While we’ll always do our very best to make sure your order is delivered on the day we say it will be, very rarely unforeseen delays can happen. It goes without saying that we’ll reschedule as soon as possible.

Cancellations and returns
While we hope that you’ll be thrilled with your Urban Aran design, we have a returns policy, and we’ll happily take back any piece that isn’t bespoke within 28 days of when we delivered it, as long as it’s in its original packaging and without any signs of use. The only exceptions are bespoke designs which we’re not able to take back or refund unless they’re faulty.

Payment
The following payment methods are available: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Gift Card.
Payment for products and delivery services can be made in EUR or the local currency to which your order is being delivered. All prices shown on the website for are inclusive of applicable Irish VAT. The total price you pay for products and/or delivery, is always the same, regardless of whether or not Irish VAT is chargeable on the product.

- Sometimes we’ll ask for proof of purchase if you bought your piece from one of our partner stores.
There are also a few things we can’t cover that we’ve highlighted here:
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear from not following our care guide, or from using something on your piece that we don’t recommend (washing in very hot water)
- Colour changes and fastness (caused by natural light for example)
- Changes caused by the natural weathering process (such as fading)
